I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Sara. When we decided to get help with my son's sleep he was sleeping less than 10 hours a night, waking 3+ times night, and needed to be held for all of his naps. He was tired and grumpy during the day and I was an exhausted, nervous wreck. After only a few days with Sara's help my son was sleeping 10+ hours through the night most nights and was taking nice, long, independent naps. Sara gave us a tailored to us program, lots of thorough resources and was always super prompt in answering any questions we had. You truly can't put a price on sleep! Thanks Sara!

"My husband and I recently did the 2-week sleep training program with Sara to help us with our 6 month old baby girl. She was co-sleeping with me in our bed, my husband was kicked out of bedroom and sleeping on the couch, and she was comfort nursing up to 6 times a night! During the day I was lucky to get her to nap for 1 to 1.5 hours. We were all short on sleep and desperate to find a solution. After signing on with Sara and following through with the 2-week training, our little girl sleeps through the night, naps great during the day, is happy, bubbly and eager to conquer all the milestones she’s working on because she is not sleep deprived. My husband and I are happier during the day as well now that we are all able to sleep! I 100% recommend working with Sara. Even after the 2 weeks of training is done, she leaves you with all the info you need for the next few years like transitioning to fewer naps, switching from crib sleeping to a toddler bed, travel tips, tips for when they get sick, etc. Sara is wonderful to work with and her sleep training really does work. "We had a wonderful experience with Sara at Prairie Moon Sleep Solutions. Our 5-month-old is now falling asleep in her crib quickly, taking longer naps, and sleeping long stretches in the night (sometimes even sleeping through the night). It was wonderful to have a specific plan, where both parents could be on the same page, following the same routine every night/nap time, which allowed us to actually stay consistent (we probably wouldn’t do this without Sara). "We started sleep training with Sara about 3 weeks ago and our little girl is currently sleeping ~12 hours/night and going down for 2-3 naps during the day. Once we started the sleep training process, it only took 1 night before our little girl was sleeping 12-13 hours through the night. It was wonderful to get a full nights rest after months of interrupted sleep. Sara gives you all the guidance you need and most importantly- reassurance! She’s available to answer questions on a day to day basis. This was nice as questions arise daily, no 2 days are alike during the sleep training process. Our daughter is now much more content. She is better able to entertain herself and is overall a happier baby. And mom is also not so exhausted and is able to be a more patient mom."
